The gym. I cannot live without the gym. Blast metal and exorcise my demons.

A mix of the above. And add few rough parties, for the really bad times.
I had a lecturer that on our first day of school told us "... And the most important thing is: Don't forget to have fun. There will always be re-examinations, no re-parties".

As stated above, HOW DO YOU HANDLE STRESS, Engineers/Engineering students ? It depends on stress level. Sometimes it can be as simple as playing a game that takes my mind off of whatever is stressing me. During finals I tend to go to the gym or take long walks to clear my mind after a couple of hours of studying. If I'm not completely swamped with projects and problem sets, I try to take a day off and catch up on TV shows. It works quite well.

Imma give an instruction guide Version 1: Step 1: Listen to this playlist 8tracks.com/music_heals/piano-and-stringsStep 2: Turn on www.rainymood.com/, usually on low volume as to not disturb the beauty of the music Step 3: Chill out Version 2: Step 1: Listen to any amount of this (meditation thingy that's hauntingly beautiful).... seriously I've never been as relaxed as when I listen to this Version 3: Step 1: Listen to (LOTR Full symphony) Step 2: Interrupt Step 2 with (Misty Mountains Cold) at random intervals That's usually all I need If not, I drop everything and take a walk. Talk to some friends (usually those not in engineering because I often don't want to talk about why I'm stressed haha). If I'm stressed over a mark or something like that, I remind myself of all the successful things I've done in the past, and how one slightly worse mark isn't going to ruin the rest of my life (or at least I won't let it ) Hope that answered your question!! Sorry for the rant.... kinda known for that by times

Video Games (though this is temporary sometimes -_- ) Gym (RUN!) Make something. Sometimes a program, sometimes I start crafting, etc. while listening to music. Usually once I finish whatever I was making, it makes me feel like not a failure and happy. c:
