Hi guys!
I'm a student in mech. engineering from Sweden.
After studying for a couple years I've realised that I actually might have an issue with being locked into an office 5 days a a week.
I dedicate my spare time to hiking, alpine/cross-country skiing, travelling, scuba and similar things. I would like to have a dynamic, ie. get to see more than office cubicles.
Academically, the subjects which I've found most interesting are materials science, supply chains, operations management.
Basically, what I want is;
- Challening tasks - Good salary - Excellent possibilites to travel, either long-term or shorter (but then frequent) buisness trips - ossibilites for "adventures"
What would you advice for career path and choice of masters? I've been thinking about addings a few classes in geology/chemistry and do a masters in petroleum.
Cheers

Supply chain and operations management happen in an office, not outdoors... As you age working inside will sound more appealing Especcially in Sweden. Can you honestly say that you want to work outside in the middle of January?
