I see that there are few chemical engineers in here. I used Unit Operations of Chemical Engineering by McCabe, it is a great book and it considers many topics. I must say that one only book is definetely not enough for covering such an extensive topic as transport phenomena. For example, for more information specifically about mass transfer, Mass Transfer Operations by R. Treybal is a great book. For heat transfer, I would recommend Process Heat Transfer by Kern.
Perry's Chemical Engineer's Handbooks is also a great source of information, but it tries to resume A LOT of information in very little space, so maybe it is not so good for getting the basics, but it gives useful information about modeling. Coulson & Richardson's Chemical Engineering Vol. 1 - Fluid Flow, Heat Transfer and Mass Transfer is also a great source, just to mention some good books.
To resume, there are a lot of good books, you will never find everything you are looking for in just one book, there are a lot of good books and you can get almost all of these books in pdf.
